It was a mindset shift. I used to think I had to do it all—refill everything, avoid every scrap of plastic, compost like a pro.
But progress doesn’t look like perfection. Sometimes it looks like reusing a yogurt tub for dish soap. Or switching to a candle refill instead of buying a whole new jar.
