Eco Made Easy: Our Journey to the Perfect Tagline
Mat and I spent countless hours searching for the perfect phrase that truly reflects what Greenbriar is all about. Over the past four years, we tried out several ideas—none of which quite captured our spirit. Here’s a peek into our creative journey:
The Quest for “The One”

- Products that Matter
- Products that are better for you, your family, and the planet
- reTHINK. reUSE. reFILL.
Each one felt a bit off—too vague, too preachy, or just not us. We needed a tagline that spoke genuinely about who we are, without any pretense.
Brainstorming and a Few (Too Many) Brain Farts
Mat and I had brainstorming sessions that sometimes lasted days. Some of those sessions ended with me shutting my laptop and treating myself to a comforting bowl of ice cream. But then, one week, something clicked.
During a webinar about turning website visitors into customers, I started thinking about the one thing we could never quite nail down: a clear, concise snapshot of who we are. I thought about you—the people who shop with us, follow our emails, and bring your containers in every week. Your stories kept echoing in my mind:
"I wish I’d found you sooner."
"How did I not know about you?"
That’s when it hit us.
The Lightbulb Moment
The answer was simple:
- We’ve done the hard work, so you don’t have to.
- We’ve curated the best Canadian brands.
- We refill everything for you right behind the counter.
- We make sustainable shopping easy.
All those thoughts distilled into one clear, heartfelt message:
"Eco Made Easy"
It wasn’t instant love at first sight, but “Eco Made Easy” lingered in my mind. It perfectly narrated our story in a way that was clear, simple, and honest. It said everything we needed:
- Lower-waste living should be accessible.
- Convenience matters.
- Sustainability can be effortless.
Making the Sustainable Switch
Our mission has always been to simplify eco-friendly living.
