One of the most visually striking loaves in the lineup, Rainbow Sourdough is made by blending puréed vegetables—beets, carrots, peas, spinach, and purple sweet potato—right into the dough. Roughly one-third of each loaf is veggies, resulting in a soft, subtly sweet, and deeply nourishing bread.
It’s a favourite with both kids and adults, perfect for peanut butter, grilled cheese, or just tearing off a colourful piece to snack on.
Rainbow Sourdough is available every other week, rotating with Tiger Sourdough.
