Enjoy a tradition German Christmas classic. A rich naturally leavened brioche dough sprinkled with rum soaked raisins, sliced almonds and Italian orange and lemon peels wrapped around a home made log of traditional marzipan.

This treat has a 4 week life span. It also freezes well. Many clients stock up for the year. It will only be produced for a few weeks.

Dough - Organic unbleached bread flour (free from enrichments), oat milk, vegan butter (derived from coconut oil), raisins, vegan egg (Bob's red mill), sliced almonds, demerera sugar, imported candied Italian orange and lemon peel, lemon zest, vanilla, cardamom.

Marzipan - almond flour, confectioners sugar, water, rose water, almond extract.

Coating - Confectioners sugar, vanilla sugar, vegan butter (derived from coconut oil)
