 Calgary, AB, December 16, 2024 – This fall, Greenbriar Market + Refillery brought the community together in exciting and creative ways, offering over 20 hands-on workshops in partnership with beloved local small businesses. With a focus on collaboration, skill-sharing, and sustainability, Greenbriar Market’s workshop series has been a resounding success, with several sessions selling out weeks in advance.

The workshops—ranging from soap making to floral arrangements—were hosted by talented local artisans and business owners, providing a platform to showcase their skills while fostering a deeper connection between creators and the community.

Melba from Bowness Soapworks and Seto Pottery: A favourite in the Calgary area, Melba led sold-out soap-making and ceramics workshops, teaching participants to create beautiful and sustainable handcrafted items.

Amanda from Beloved Bakeshop: Amanda’s Floral Cupcake Decorating class was an instant hit, blending artistry and delicious fun.

Andrea from Lily and Vine Co.: Andrea’s botanical workshops, including Wreath Making, Grinch Trees, and Floral Arrangements, were among the most popular, with many participants praising her guidance and creativity.

Jamie from The General Bean: The Needle Felting session, taught by Jamie, introduced attendees to an intricate craft that aligns with Greenbriar’s focus on sustainable and mindful living.
