Gyokuro

Gyokuro is known as Jade Dew, and is made from same tea leaves as matcha. It is grown under coverings that protect it from harsh sunlight. This superior tea has more umami and natural sweetness than regular green tea. It's recommended bringing out its rich flavour by brewing it at low temperature. 

Gyokuro containts higher caffeine than regural sencha, drink it in small portions to appreciate rich flavor.
